Thursday 30th. April 2009 - Spartans  travel to Hamilton Palace to play Accies in a Scottish Women's Premier League match.

Monday 27th. April 2009 - Spartans striker Diana Barry has been short-listed for the Scottish Women’s Football Player of the Year Award - the top award in a list of eight categories planned for the Scottish Women’s Football Awards Dinner at Hampden on Friday 12th June.

                                                      Sunday 26th. April 2009 - The second match of Scotland Women's Under 19's trip to the Czech Republic was abandoned after Dundee United's Tammy Harkin was airlifted to hospital. Tammy was badly concussed in a clash of heads during today's game, and is  being assessed in hospital in the Czech Republic, where her parents are with her.

Thursday 16th. April 2009 - Spartans  travelled to the Toryglen Sports Complex, Glasgow to play Rangers LFC in a semi-final of the Scottish Cup.

Sunday 12th. April 2009 - Spartans are delighted to announce that  England under 23 International goalkeeper Marie Hourihan has joined the Club following the fracture injury to their regular goalkeeper Jo Hutcheson.

                                                      Friday 10th. April 2009 - Scotland u19 Coach Shelley Kerr has announced the squad who will be involved in the challenge matches against the Czech Republic on April 23rd. and 25th. in Prague. Congratulations to Spartans players Sarah Archibald and Hayley Lauder on their inclusion in the squad.                                           Squad Selection
