Friday 23rd. February 2007   ---   Scotland Women’s U19 Coach Tony Gervaise has announced the squad that will play two challenge matches against Finland on the 6th. and 8th. March. Congratulations to ELFC players Sarah Archibald, Molly McKean and Kerry Montgomery on their inclusion in the squad..The u19's are preparing for their trip to Germany for the three UEFA European Women’s Under 19 Championship Qualifying Group matches to be played on 10-12-15th. April.

Thursday 22nd. Feb. 2007 - Rescheduled SWPL fixtures - March and April.
As the SWF Board made the decision to hold the Scottish Cup, Quarter and Semi finals midweek,two complete blocks of SWPL Fixtures have been rescheduled for these original cup dates. Fixtures have also been rescheduled for Sunday 11th. March and for midweek on 13-14-15 March.

 Scotland U19's face a trip to AZERBAIJAN in the Autumn to compete in the 2007 - 2008 UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship following the first qualifying round draw that was made in Nyon, Switzerland today.

Thursday 15th. February 2007   ---   Everyone at Edinburgh Ladies FC extends a warm welcome to new        signing Claire Crosbie who has returned to Edinburgh following a successful four years in the U.S.A at        Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Claire ended her four-year career as Rocky's all-time leading scorer and achieved membership of the NAIA All-America honorable mention team.                               Team Profiles

At a meeting on Saturday 10th February, the SWF Board agreed to a request from Anna Signeul, SFA National Coach, to reschedule the dates of both the Quarter Final and Semi Final of the Cup. This decision was taken to ensure all National Squad players would be fit for the UEFA match in Ukraine and not be subject to playing catch-up with domestic fixtures at the end of the season. The rescheduled dates are : Quarter Final - Wednesday 21st March 2007; Semi Final - either Tuesday 17th or Wednesday 18th April 2007  ---   See "Fixtures" for full details

FORFAR'S Colin Brown is one of a number of Scottish football's unsung heroes who have been recognised at a Grassroots Awards dinner held at the Scottish national stadium in Glasgow.
