POLAND V SCOTLAND 23 JULY 2010

Kick-off 5pm
City Stadium, Proszowice

National coach Anna Signeul has named an 18-player squad for the friendly in Poland next week.

Celtic forward Suzanne Grant misses the match after suffering a hamstring injury in the Women's World Cup qualifier against Denmark last month.

Scotland play their next qualifier against Greece at the Strathclyde Homes Stadium, Dumbarton, on 21 August.

This will be a good test for the Scot's before their crucial matches against Greece and Denmark. The Polish side is currently sitting top of their World Cup Qualifying Group with five wins and one draw from seven matches. There only loss was a 4-2 defeat away in Hungary when Poland were reduced to ten while the score was 2-2, Hungary grabbing 2 goals in the final 3 minutes. There record is testament to their current form.
