Lochee United 1 v Forfar Farmington 3

Forfar, playing some of their best football of the season, secured a comfortable victory against a battling Lochee who now face the real prospect of relegation from the Premier.

Goals from Claire Galloway (2 mins) and Jane McFarlane (10 mins) gave Forfar a deserved 2-0 lead at half time.

Lochee gave themselves a glimmer of hope when Hayley McEwan’s 57th minute goal deduced the deficit only to have them dashed six minutes later Nicola Davidson restoring Forfar’s two goal cushion.
