Manager Mary McDonald commented after the game “We nearly shot ourselves in the foot today, passing up nearly 20 chances before finally scoring and gifting them two goals with defensive errors. However, the girls showed fantastic character and worked tirelessly before grabbing the winner in the 94th minute of the match. We cannot afford to miss as many chances as we did and gift goals so easily or we will be punished but I am delighted to be taking the 3 points home with me tonight.”
