Hamilton Accies 2 – 1 Vale of Clyde

 Accies Premier team welcomed Vale of Clyde in this SWPL league match. Missing several players with injury and suspension Accies opened brightly but it was the visitors who opened the scoring. Accies hit back with goals before half time from Karen Penglase and Colette Fleming. Accies created several chances in the second half and hit the woodwork three times but couldn’t add to their gaols tally. A welcome three points, however moves Accies into a top six position in the league. Next game for Accies is on Sunday 18 November at home v Kilmarnock.
